All passengers have read and understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Waiver.

​

HIGH 5 PARAGLIDING (H5P) is part of EZ RICHWORLD Phils. Inc. * It is non-profit and the sole interest of H5P is to promote the sport of paragliding in the Philippines. All revenues are invested back into paragliding activities.

​

Once the tandem paragliding arrangements are completed, the performance of the obligations of H5P to you is deemed completed.

H5P as acting only as an arranger of this Tandem Paragliding Adventure, you absolutely and unconditionally agree to release and discharge the Tandem Pilot(s), their successors, assigns and representatives from any and all actions, claims, demands and compensation of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or which in future may result from, property damage and/or bodily and personal injuries, illnesses or death to you as a consequence of your participation in this activity.

It is the responsibility of the person undertaking the booking to inform all other passengers about the content of this WAIVER. The WAIVER is part of the agreement with each passenger even without written signature.
